POZOLE

This hearty Aztec ceremonial soup is prepared with bone-in Pork chunks and hominy, seasoned with onion, garlic, and oregano. All simmered in a rich red broth and garnished with green cabbage, onion, oregano and sliced radishes with extra hot sauce on the side. Delicious!!
